FETC 2010 Recap

Wow, what a week at FETC – one of the nation’s largest educational technology conferences.

If you attended the conference here in Orlando, you surely saw us walking around in our bunny slippers and I Heart Ed Tech T-shirts passing out buttons, t-shirts, and other fun prizes.

But we weren’t just there to get out of the office and give things away. We were there to learn new things – and learn we did!

Now we want to share what we’ve learned with those who were unable to attend FETC this year – and even those who attended and certainly couldn’t attend every session!

Over the course of the next couple of weeks, we’ll be posting interviews with featured FETC presenters, session recaps, and top tools from the conference. Stay tuned to our blog, or better yet, subscribe to the blog to get the information sent directly to you!

We’ll also be posting a video montage of the conference and a special video/photo slideshow from the TweetUp where we met lots of our favorite Tweeple face-to-face.

For now, check out this video from our friend Stephen Veliz (@stephenveliz / stephenveliz.blogspot.com)

PS: The bunnies will be hitting the road for the Texas Computer Education Association (TCEA) convention in February – so be on the look out!

Hey Lisa, this is Stephanie from Kohl's. Can you send me an attachment of the I <3 EdTech graphic??

Lisa - Thanks for the mention. I think that I have a couple more FETC blog posts left to produce, and I certainly look forward to reading yours.

On important note - I failed to thank the SimpleK12 ladies and Jerry Swiatek in that video clip for making the Tweet-up happen. It was great putting a face with all those those months of tweeting.

Keep up the good work.
